A good day today. Spent the whole day on the phone it seems. The kids may be grown and grandkids working at it but they still need an ear to talk to. But I now have a lot to catch up on. Oh well, tomorrow is another day and people are more important than doing stuff. Love my family
But I need to eat some more calories today before I go to bed. I need some good bedtime low carb snacks.
172.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
