amazingly , i have managed to fit in non- dairy coconut ice-cream this week in my calories & not go over! This has been a real treat. Was AMAZED at how many calories were in chocolate covered coffee beans - 500 for 100g! Surely this cannot be correct? 40g of pure dark 70% choc is only 63 cals. I need to have some treats (within calorie allowance) & this has finally worked out this week :-)
125.7 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.6 lb a week

Oh dear:-( I have found out that the scales i have been using may not be accurate! I will have to go to the mall & get on one of those pay & weigh machines to be sure, then come alter my stats here... i hope its not toooo big a difference!

Just checked out your bio - eventful! :-) Wondering where i might be able to find that logarithim thingo timegoal/weightgoal/calories please? I am new to this website, but its nice to find you have found it helpful -lots i have yet to explore i guess!

Thanks so much for yr speedy reply Draglist :-) its the algorithmn (spelling!) that the MIT guy made that showed you haw many calories per day a person needs to eat to lose a certain amount of weight in a certain amount of time. Sounds like a great app, or chart or whatever it is?

thanks so much draglist:-) What a great blog.... lots to read when i have more time - but a pic paints a thousand words - yr before & after photos are inspiring! & I am on track ok after checking with the simulatr :-)
