This is exactly why I shouldn't weigh myself everyday. No weight loss even though I have dragon's breath and metabolically speaking something is on the go. Note to self I need to take my waist measurement as I need to include getting under 88cm on my goals for good health.
209.9 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 33.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 30 September 2015:
923 kcal Fat: 49.96g | Prot: 75.50g | Carb: 44.94g.   Breakfast: Butter (Salted), Soft Boiled Egg, Banting Seed Loaf. Lunch: Woolworths Skinless Chicken Breast Fillets, Sesame Seeds, Green String Beans with Onions (Fat Added in Cooking), Cooked Asparagus (from Fresh, Fat Added in Cooking), Lettuce. Dinner: Cooked or Sauteed Mature Onions (Fat Added in Cooking), Woolworths Broccoli Florets, Mixed Salad Greens, Steak (Lean Only Eaten). Snacks/Other: Cappuccino, Woolworths Slimmers Choice Strawberry Yoghurt, Crustless Quiche. more...

Yes, but you just lost a couple of days ago. We don't lose every day (unless you are lucky). Consistency is key. Stick with it and the scale will move again. I weigh daily, but only count the weight loss for the week. So if I lose some each week, i know I am doing well.

Thanks Suzi161 that's such great advice, I will continue to weigh every day but only record once a week.
