This is exactly why I shouldn't weigh myself everyday. No weight loss even though I have dragon's breath and metabolically speaking something is on the go. Note to self I need to take my waist measurement as I need to include getting under 88cm on my goals for good health.

Yes, but you just lost a couple of days ago. We don't lose every day (unless you are lucky). Consistency is key. Stick with it and the scale will move again. I weigh daily, but only count the weight loss for the week. So if I lose some each week, i know I am doing well.
