Went off diet as I was in Tampa with
Family. We went to Beef Obrady's for
Connor's 13th birthday. I got a salad
And Swiss/mushroom hamburger with
Fries. Drank water only!
146.4 lb Lost so far: 42.4 lb.    Still to go: 6.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
