Fallen off the wagon a bit the last couple of weeks, but kept getting back on! I would have lost a bit more otherwise, i think.
127.9 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.2 lb a week

yes, it's a bit tedious, but it makes a real difference. It's amazing, for example how much lettuce & how little macadamia nuts = 100g & the MASSIVE difference in calories! I have never really done this calorie thing properly before, so it's a real eye opener. I wish i could find a decent website that did calories for different fresh juices!
