I did awful on diet. Ate a lot of snacks
Even though they were healthy. Drank
Another cup of coffee around 8:00
Last night. Did walk one mile
148.4 lb Lost so far: 40.4 lb.    Still to go: 8.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
