Do not understand why I keep gaining
Weight. For snacks I ate watermelon
About 4 cups and raspberries. Around
9:30 I did eat some chipotle chicken
Breast Oscar Meyer luncheon meat.
I am sad
147.4 lb Lost so far: 41.4 lb.    Still to go: 7.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
