Did not do good on diet. Not last
night but yesterday before dinner
I got very hungry and nothing could
Stop it. So I had pita crackers. I also
Ate all the watermelon Kenny bought
Me yesterday. I walked a mile in the
Morning. Maybe this is why I was
Hungry. Did 25 wall sit ups
146.8 lb Lost so far: 42.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
