Kenny came home just after 6:30
He cooked sausages and they
smell good. At 8:45 I couldn't fight
My raving so I ate sunflower seeds
And two handfuls of these pita crackers
Then I went to bed as I was still
Hungry. Hopefully today is better
One. Did 25 wall sit ups
145.6 lb Lost so far: 43.2 lb.    Still to go: 5.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Comments 
When you are hungry at night, the best thing to eat is some protein. Some greek yogurt, cheese stick, egg, small protein bar, etc. Some good fats is also good. Avocado on toast or a little peanut butter. Proteins and fats keep us satiated, so we aren't so hungry.
