After the Independence holidays and a visit to my family I gotta say Im doing reasonably good. It was hard but I managed to control my portions and make better choices during those nine days. Now back on track!!
190.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
