I took a long walk with my wife after getting up this afternoon. I'm afraid to guess how many miles we walked. If I get a chance this weekend I'll drive it to see.
Some day I'll get a fit bit or something similar so I don't have to drive the course to get my distance. That way I can take an extra walk instead.
Still trying to adjust to this 3rd shift life. Each day I seem to be sleeping about an hour longer after going to bed about the same time. The hard part will be when I decide that the yard needs mowed (like it does now) to find the time to do it.
Off to work in a minute or two..
