Did good on diet and really wasn't
Craving anything and for the most
Part wasn't hungry. Walked 1 mile
After dinner and did 25 wall sit ups
In the morning
149.6 lb Lost so far: 39.2 lb.    Still to go: 9.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
