Went to Tampa and had wedding
Dress altered. After went to lunch
And had glass of wine with Nikki
And Kristin. Then did other errands.
Kenny and I drove home and I had
Turkey BLT and large milk shake from
Dairy Queen. Didn't drink a whole lot
Of water
152.2 lb Lost so far: 36.6 lb.    Still to go: 12.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
