So unimpressed with myself, heading sharply toward 59... 😐 and I haven't been eating a lot, oh wait, yes I have, I just haven't been remembering it because of the vodka binges. Ok so no more drinking and going to try to do the gym program food plan. So tomorrow begins with oats and protein powder. I know I feel better if I can just follow it... Not give into the carb cravings... Here's to trying. 👍 aiming for 55 and some flab to muscle. There you go universe, that's my order.
129.4 lb Lost so far: 88.4 lb.    Still to go: 12.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
