Went out to dinner last night then out to a bar with friends. I had steak and steamed veggies for dinner and drank water and one cup of coffee with cream all night long. Stayed out till 2 am! Didn't have the uncontrollable urge to eat the fries and wings that my friends got as appetizers. I don't remember the last time I was not too tired to stay out past 10pm lol! Feel great and dropped another 4 lbs this morning for a total of 12 lbs lost in 4 days! I know it won't stay at this drastic weight loss but it sure feels good :))
238.4 lb Lost so far: 11.6 lb.    Still to go: 103.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
