The routine I'm talking about is that I usually have time for a pretty good BM before I weigh but the last couple days I haven't had time for that. I've had to jump on the scales, get dressed and head out the door. By the time I'm back home, I've already eaten and drank so the initial weigh in is what I have to use.
Hopefully I won't have to go anywhere so early tomorrow. ........ As for the change in eating habits, I'm going to do the 1 "cheat day" per week like my Doctor suggested rather than small daily "cheats" and my wife changed it to a "cheat meal" not day. I think for me that that will work out much better and will be easier to maintain....
