Hi Glen. I fast on the 2 days that I predict to be the least 'sociable' and no, these are not consecutive days. If you want to read more on 5:2 see: http://thefastdiet.co.uk The following link is the documentary that 'started' 5:2 and I highly recommend giving it a watch: http://www.dailymotion.com/video/xvdbtt_eat-fast-live-longer-hd_shortfilms It is SUCH an interesting watch and I enjoy that the motivation isn't weight loss, but becoming a healthier person with the secondary bonus of weight loss.

Well done :) People don't see how much even a 0.1kg weight loss means to us when we are not as strict as other people are in losing 0.1kg. Love it! I have had a gain in weight by following a week off my 4:3 with no control of eating whatsoever. Will post weight 2moro then get back on our miracle way :)
