after 4 days of an mild egg fast I'm a bit surprised that my weight hasn't gotten back down further. the good is that it's gone down, but it normally shoots back down to 52 within 2-3 days. so not sure why it hasn't.
Maybe it's my body reacting to the fact that I'm in a high stress period because my eating is pretty much clean. so while I'm happy that it has gone down its not nearly going as planned.
options are to keep going or to carb up over the weekend and then try again. I'll decide after my weigh in tomorrow morning...
