just started today.. should try to record what i eat that way i know how my body reacts to different amounts of carbs or what not. for breakfast had umm 5 slices of bacon,omelet (2)with cheese and some tomatoes.. atkins shake for lunch baked chicken with garlic spinach and broccoli with butter on top crystal light(fruit punch) 3 tall glasses of water(have to drink way more)

Hiya! I found mine through Craigslist and paid $350 for a machine that retails about $600+. You can always check Craigslist or if you have a Play It Again Sports.
