I am sorry to say I have not lost any weight over the holidays......I even went on vacation to Orlando Florida. Stayed the same and then I gained a few pounds back and now I'm back to 203lbs I'm thinking of switching to a diet with more carbs in it. I'm getting sick of even looking at protiens. Sorry I'm just whinning a little today! Protien fills me up but I still want something sweet sometimes. I'm just being honest and I don't know what to do. Chocolate is my downfall! Maybe I could invent a chocolate covered steak!....lol I will keep trying I won't give up! kayless but I'm really not kayless yet just Kay
203.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm at the same weight too & over the holidays I indulged myself with deserts & now my family's X-mas treats are calling to me too!!! I plan on going back to Phase 1 after the New Year until the sweets stop calling my name!!

try having a no sugar added fudgesicle. i think you can have 2 a day. it kills my afternoon and late night sweet attacks. chocolate is my weakness too and i as well have about 50 pounds to lose, good luck
