I took the time to calculate my basal metabolic rate and the total daily energy expenditure (or whatever it is called). Today is the first day that I have really counted up every item, and have seen several areas that I was consuming calories out of proportion with how valuable that item was to me. I also could see how eating a smaller breakfast and a super strict lunch will be key to meeting my goals for this fall. I am actually very excited to see how this goes.
