My weight loss is so slow.... I loose a few grams one day and than again a few the next.... yes I do cheat with a bit of sugar here and there but not so drastic... i decided to cut dairy for the next two weeks and only do healthy fats, greens and protein Hopefully i lose about 3kilos :-)
