Yippee! Thirty pounds down! Only 11 (12?) more to go! And only 2 for a trip to Vegas! Really pumped now!

(If only this great news wasn't dampened by the fact that all my tires need replacing to the tune of about $700..... This morning one tire measured 20 psi, and I think it won't be any better by the time I leave work! Can't get them replaced until tomorrow - ugh)

But I'm trying to keep a good frame of mind to head to the gym after work!
161.8 lb Lost so far: 16.2 lb.    Still to go: 11.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
