Damn. Ended up eating 4 chocolate
Cookies and a dark chocolate candy
Bar after 8:00 last night. 😡😖😪😫
145.6 lb Lost so far: 43.2 lb.    Still to go: 5.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
