I ate so much yesterday. I was called off of work an entire A. I spent my entire day making my house nicer. and it's still not very nice. I overate immensely. I didn't want to interact with them. I preferred to be in the massage chair. I hate games. frankly I must dislike people. I guess there's something wrong with me. I didn't mind talking to people. I wouldn't have minded taking a walk or throwing the koosh.
165.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
