Whew. I'm relieved I weighed in alright yesterday. I find myself paying some attention to how I look and feel. It's because I want to guage my progress. I shouldn't obsess over any of this. It's energy consuming enough to carry out the process, let alone think so much about the progress. All I need to worry about regarding progress is that I weigh in occasionally. As long as I'm doing the exercise, limiting the calories, and weighing in 1 pound less at the beginning of each month, as compared to my weight at the beginning of the previous month, then things should be considered to be going well logistically. Thus, I should turn my attention to more important things, like the world around me.
165.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
