Kenny came home last night and on
Our way home from airport we stopped
At Culver's and I had a mushroom and
Swiss hamburger, French fries and a
Medium vanilla milk shake
144.0 lb Lost so far: 44.8 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
