I know I'm still quite overweight, & even @ my goal weight, or below there would still be outfits that do my looks no justice, but I saw myself in the mirror & was dangerously pleased with my progress, given the particular outfit. I don't want to be vain, but yesterday I was also tempted by the beautiful clothes that might now look better on me. I don't want to be ugly, but I need to be humble about it. I've tried to have a our Monday before about this stuff, but it's going to take calling upon hunger Lord to see that through.
165.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
