I'm just re-adapting to clean eating right now, give up things that are 'bad'.
I'm going to go with that and try to incorporate more exercise and I should see some slow results.
Enough diets, I've given my whole life's energy to this for my whole life.
Just being reasonable, careful, avoiding trigger foods, and praying...lol
