Friday I weighed 140.0. Kenny came
Home Saturday and Sunday went off
Diet and today weighed 147.0 pounds
Drinking only water. This week will weigh
Myself and log in Monday, Wednesday
And Friday to push myself to lose weight
147.0 lb Lost so far: 41.8 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
