I was actually down another pound or 2 this week but went back up. Its very hot here so I haven't been eating enough calories so that might be a problem. Been doing more activity this week.
198.0 lb Lost so far: 47.0 lb.    Still to go: 58.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Increasing exercise/activity can cause muscles to hold water to help them heal. This can show on the scale as a temporary gain. It will go away. Stay on plan and keep going. You are doing great.

Thanks for the info I am sure there is swelling going on too because of the heat here.
