I ate a lot of salt yesterday. I've been feeling super fatigued in the afternoon and I think its low potassium combined with all the water I drink. I caluculated my potassium intake yesterday and it was around 1100 mg. I did buy some potassium pills, but i'm always reluctant to take any medicine. did I mention i'm a nurse?! haha . But i'm still happy I lost some weight!!
166.0 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
