I am not really putting on weight. Losing at about 0.5kg a week on average. My calorie intake is not really that low, Average male = 2200kcal, -500 = 1700. I find I need slightly less than that about -80 :(

I admire your dedication. If I could maintain 1600-1700 I would be quite thin. I don't think I could do that. Not long term anyway. I think 1900 would suit me. How many calories do you intend to take in when you reach target (sorry to be nosey, I hope you don't mind)

When I get down to 70kg it will probably need to be around 2100kcal to maintain weight. But I will probably exceed that just a little. I will see how it goes.
