Blah....I only ate my dinner at 9.30pm last night....and the snack therapy didn't work.....blah blah blah

Soooooooooooooooooo glad it is Friday :)
194.2 lb Lost so far: 16.3 lb.    Still to go: 37.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
