still hard to believe my body can use all the food my calculator days out can have. kind of worried that I miscalculate. as many times as I feel I could have done with do much less, I think back to how many times I've eaten so much excess, thinking nothing of eating serving after serving of one thing or another. all I have to do is average enough less intake to equal 1#/month & I've done it. It could take 3 years! Perhaps those days when I see my intake & snack up to the goal can be the trade-off for days when I feel very deprived.
170.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
