I had my baby in June 2023. I have been breastfeeding exclusively for the most part. Now I wish to start getting back on my health journey slowly. From June will start calculating calorie intake and work out exercises routine
194.0 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 57.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
