After a rollercoaster weekend, I came out about the same as I went in! Considering the parties and tailgating and concert, I did ok. Now that there's nothing in my way, I"m knuckling down to be serious in watching what I eat and get to exercising. Gotta check the bike in the basement - hoping the tires aren't rotted out.

But the clothes definitely feel better, fit better (or very loose!), and my honey likes what I'm doing, so it's all good!
169.2 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 19.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
