Did well last week. Focusing on lots of salad eating and portion control along with walking.

I have zero muscle mass. I was measured at this research study as having 43.5% body fat. I really need to work on weight training and building lean muscle. I really needed to work on that 20 years ago honestly.
157.6 lb Lost so far: 12.4 lb.    Still to go: 157.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.3 lb a week

I went through some of your older post. You sure have been through a lot the last few years. Bless you and your family! I just wanted to leave a little encouragement. It's never to late to start building more muscle mass. I waited until my mid 30s to begin with 3 kids, wife, busy life. Right at about 3 years ago this June is my gym joining anniversary. Anyways... keep doing the best you can. Until you know how to do better.
