Weighed myself after a four plate Chinese buffet special outing though, cuz it was my only chance to...

Hip.... I don't binge there often, but when I find myself near it, we generally try to go...
Up to $20/person now, so I usually top out at five plates to get my money's worth...
This time was only four plates, but the first one was heaping...lol
