Yesterday I got 11,000 steps, I tracked all my food and stayed within calorie range, but I was a little under my sleep goal. Last night I got over 7 hours of sleep, so looking forward to a good day today.
211.4 lb Lost so far: 16.1 lb.    Still to go: 59.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
