Unfortunately, it’s been a poor exercise week so far. Just have been lacking rest and sleep so once I can get ahold of some of that, I’ll get back at it. Also, started some new meds that might be hard to get things aligned all at once. 🙂 Scale dropped a bit though. Not much appetite so it’s not really work I’m putting in as much as circumstances. Hope everyone is having a a wonderful Friday! Almost the weekend.
