fat 41.8% yesterday I baked 12 chocolate and hazelnut cookies, no egg, no flour, no fats. added 1/4 TSP chilli powder and 1/2 TSP cinnamon. really good flavour. sadly my weight has gone up again, so I really need to start walking again or do home video exercises. already did 7 minutes workout. I have some chores to finish and then go.
