Kenny came home that night. Next
Night ate chicken wings, salad, desert
From pizza place in Mississippi and
Drank bottle of alcohol free wine which
Has 80 calories in 8oz. Last night
Walked 1.45 miles. So with all that I
Gained😫😪😪😫
138.2 lb Lost so far: 50.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
