well finally the IT box shows a little down in the number. I'm doing ok, just want to be below the 60s then it will be the 50s then 40s. would like to stay between 138 -142, seems to be the best for me. I"ll continue to hang in there. I don't know if I could except that I have support of my boss & coworker that are doing this with me and they are loosing and so very positive. ALso being here helps.
