Bill, I want to help you out because I am sure this is even more frustrating for you than it is for me watching. You are currently eating on average 3192k calories a day... And you've put on just under half a kilo since 01/06/2015. This accounts for a calorie excess of about 133kcal. So you need to aim for around 3058kcal just to maintain your current weight, if you want to lose weight you need to reduce this by 15%. So basically 2500kcal is what you should be aiming for. Thats my rough calculation, I can do a more thorough one if you would like.
