I started my journey Feb 1 and weighed a whopping 292.6. I didn't really do my first weigh in until later. But I'm a full 32 lbs lighter. I've lost the equivalent to a 2 year old boy!
260.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
