Way too much drinking this weekend - I’m not sure what I’m celebrating (could be many things that I thank G-d for) with all this solo drinking… back to work…
176.0 lb Lost so far: 54.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
