since I'm normally hungry once I wake up I knew I couldn't eat after midnight but I logged my normal breakfast as today since I count it on today's food journal and it was very close to 12am when I ate. I normally eat at around 1am-3am just depending on what time I wake up. this should keep me from being hungry before my surgery is done and I'm able to eat afterwards. otherwise I would have been really hungry around 5am or maybe even before since my dinner was at 10:30-11am yesterday that still gave me a fasting of 11hrs before eating again I wanted to go longer but couldn't wait until after midnight to eat so here I am.

It's probably like the light sedation for a colonoscopy, which totally knocks me out.

Update I'm home since 2pm yesterday and with the anthesia and dilaudid and oxycodone I wasn't in any pain at all I did exercise and walking around more than I normally do at least every 2 hours walking around and then by 4am I had done so much I started hurting a little bit pain levels 3-4but icing my knee and took hydrocodone 5mg and it's helping it physical therapy will be here today .
