This bloating from way too much sodium intake is not gone yet 7-8,days ago I was 283.2 and then 284.8 the next day from there on til now I have been eating 4,000mg of sodium and that's not acceptable for me I must lower my sodium levels.... With alot of stress, not much sleep, too much sodium and carbs on some days and then with all that Aunt flo showed up on Friday I normally stay hungrier the week before she shows up and stay bloated but now that she's been here a couple days I gotta turn this back around and get back to work. oh and I couldn't take my ozempic shot this week I don't think I've eaten alot more calories than I normally do but I don't know it's been at least 300 calories per day over the 1700 I want to stick to.
carbs I've stayed in the range, except today my Dr, gave me 3 of the ensure carbohydrate drink to drink before surgery , one this morning and one this afternoon and the last one will be tomm morning before my knee surgery at 50g of carbs each it's high but they said that the knee replacement surgery is like running for 2 and 1/2 hours straight, so my body needs the extra carbs I'm assuming that it will burn alot of calories, not sure tho but I do know for normal exercise of running for 2 1/2 hours straight our body does need those extra carbs for fuel..if you don't care to keep me in your prayers and thoughts for a great successful surgery and very speedy recovery I would appreciate it.
I'm a little nervous and excited about the surgery at the same time.
oh and pray that the weight goes back down to 285 or less by in the morning...
