That is disappointing.. and did not even slip up.. harsh

There is no way I'm getting on the scales for at least another 2 weeks. You didn't gain a lot but I know any gain is unwanted...good luck 16019385.

Don't worry. If you were good it will show next week. Probably water retention or something.

thats the thing what the clothes say is the way to go -cm is much better than weigh specially when the scale shows gain.
